Do not purchase anything from this company. We have had nothing but issues with our 2024 forestry bucket truck we bought from them. It has been in the shop almost as much as it has been out of it. The outriggers have been leaking since about 6 months after we purchased, they repaired 1 of the 4 and deny that that the others were leaking. Kept the truck until warranty was out and now we are just out of luck. I have never seen a company with such poor customer service across all departments. I called and left a message to order a part, and I got no return call. Not a cool way to run a business.
Horrible experience with this company. First tried calling them several times leaving messages and requesting quotes for a truck. Finally I drove to the location to be greeted by a woman who was very rude and telling me what I was asking wasn’t going to happen as if I was bothering her by asking. I would not recommend going to this place I couldn’t imagine being treated like that by any company in doing business with. Do not use these people I couldn’t imagine if I actually got the truck what problems would have been
