Writing this review under an Alias. CTOS is an American company which bought out Hi-Rail Leasing in Canada. Hi-Rail had two locations, one in Edmonton Alberta and another in Elliot Lake Ontario. Roughly 2 years after CTOS purchased Hi-Rail Leasing, CTOS closed both Hi-Rail Leasing locations, also letting go of all Hi-Rail Leasing staff with a measly severance and no offer's of Employment with CTOS. Frankly I'm quite disgusted with CTOS. Support local, support Canada.
Came into Custom Truck with a cord relief issue. Needed a funky connection. Fidel and the techs at Custom One came up with a solution in under 5 minutes and I was on my way. Solid all around!
