I purchased a new plow from this dealer in 2022. When I purchased this plow, I had In depth conversations with my saleslady on how we’d be growing and upgrading in the near future. They seemed eager to help. I stopped in this month, August 2024 to try and get our new plow truck set up with a plow mount and wiring. Roger from the parts department was immediately unhelpful and said “see service” and pointed next door. Place sucks! One excuse after another. The counter guy literally said " This place sucks". I agreed and took my busines elsewhere. 1 year later. One of my techs went here unknowingly to pick up a liftgate switch. They marked up the switch exorbitantly. Found the same part number on several websites for a fourth of the price. $200 for a switch I could have had the next day $45.00 I thought $5.00 a gallon gas station milk was highway robbery. This company took it to a whole nother level. .
