Avoid this place. Do not waste your time coming here. Tried to swing by to look at a $100K+ truck I was interested in purchasing today. They lock up all their trucks in a pen behind the building, but leave the gate wide open all day? They REFUSE to let you in to look at the exterior of the truck. They don't trust you enough to let you in without a salesperson. Stupid policy Even though the office has workers, none can walk you back there for 2 min. Must have apt. What a waste of time. Purchased a Tree Forestry truck back in 2020-21. Recently this truck would not Start! Had a mobile mechanic out who diagnosed it was a CDM problem and had to go to Ford. At Ford they told me that this truck had an aftermarket windshield in it, which was news to me seeing I never replaced it No Factory insignia on the windshield whatsoever so my best guess is it had to be replaced because it got broke during shipping Or for some reason Before I purchased it through Custom Truck.
