Purchased a high priced remote dump box from here 7 months ago. Shortly after, the remote had connectivity issues that I made them aware of. It took them weeks to respond with a possible solution that I had already informed them I tried. They said they have to work with the supplier on the issue. That was months ago and still no response after a few emails from me asking for an update on the status
