Got a truck delivered that was built by them and found the outriggers for the crane were not working. I got several phone calls from them trying to talk me through the issue. They were about to send someone out to the job site I was on to fix it which was a few hours away until I figured it was just operator error and there was nothing wrong at all. I might have felt a little dumb in the end but their communication and willingness to stand behind the product and fix any issue with a new truck was excellent.

It’s a very bad place for truck drivers. The person who loaded my truck spoke to me in a very rude and disrespectful manner and even called me “stupid” without any reason. Completely unprofessional — zero professionalism.

I had a very unpleasant and unprofessional experience during a delivery. A guy driving a white Chevrolet Tahoe was extremely rude, used profanity, and behaved in a completely unacceptable manner toward me. There was no reason for this kind of aggressive and disrespectful behavior. This is not how customers or delivery drivers should ever be treated. Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend dealing with someone who acts this way.
