I had an absolutely exceptional experience with Custom Truck Accessories in Reno. I came in to have our Baja Design rock lights replaced under warranty, but the team went above and beyond. They didn’t just swap the lights—they did a full assessment and found the original wiring had been done with the wrong gauge wire and fuse amperage. 2600 down the drain with the truck driving worse than before after leaving. Shitty customer service, and all around bad experience. Would not recommend
Went to get an alignment and did all the recommended parts replacement to align my truck 2600 dollars …. Trucks still not aligned. Worst shop in Reno would not recommend or trust there recommendations. There about there commission and that about it
I needed a replacement key for my shell. They had it all ready for me when I arrived. They had an excellent selection of truck and off-road accessories. Thanks for having easy accessible parking for my visit !
