Bought a topper here 4-5 years ago. Roof rack rail was leaking and they fixed it for free. Good customer service.
Submitted info for a quote on a truck cap. Got an email a couple days later saying the guy was on vacation and to call the shop for a quote. The correct way to handle this is to either forward quote emails to someone not on vacation, or call someone at your work to have them handle it.
