We paid $15,000 for all new canvas and window enclosure for our Carver 356. Eric will not respond to our requests to fix the leaks in the brand new canvas. He actually removed the partial new canvas he installed and left our boat open to the elements and birds! Imaging coming for the weekend to find your boat interior covered in bird poop! Eric the owner is arrogant, rude and he doesn't return messages. He promised for weeks to come and measure for a $5000+ job but never showed up. At the absolute end of the season, I asked nicely why he wasn't responding to any messages. He told me to go find a shop in Michigan if I don't like it. I live in Wisconsin.
