Chris is the best! He is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain what he’s doing. I always walk away with immediate relief and noticeable results. 10/10 recommend!
I came in barely being able to bend over or get out of my chair without pain in my lower back and hips, Chris was able to pinpoint the exact problem in a sports massage and also educate me in the process. At the end of the session I sat up with no pain and I was so shocked. I walked out of here like a new man. Highly recommend if you think your issues are muscular.
