John was at our house today to adjust a sprinkler head. He has been here before for start up & shut down of our system, and for repairs. He is thorough, efficient and very knowledgeable. We have great confidence in him and he is a pleasure to work with.
Bobbie came out and got us all setup to run this season. She walked me through how to adjust our system, the sprinkler heads, and setup the program to run for us. Thank you!
Bobbie did our spring start up, back flow testing and adjustments to our control panel and sprinkler heads. She was fantastic and made sure everything was done to our satisfaction. She was great to work with and I will request her the next time.
I’m extremely frustrated with the ongoing lack of service and accountability from Custom Touch Irrigation. I chose this company to install my irrigation system just three years ago, yet they’ve consistently failed to maintain the work they performed—even when I’m trying to pay for service.
