I would give a ZERO if I could! CTI overcharged me double retail on an irrigation controller...and it was installed incorrectly. When I asked for a follow up service call to fix THEIR mistake once I discovered an issue, they charged me for YET ANOTHER SERVICE CALL. I asked for a cancellation of the superfluous invoice and was refused. This could be considered a deceitful practice in many circles.
