I purchased a facial for my wife. We have had MANY positive experiences with this place and love them. However! The facial I bought my wife was horrible. The esthetician Evelyn was horrible. She was rude to my wife. She hurried her thru the facial. She also used very little products and she kept wiping her nose with her hand. She would constantly look at her phone while doing the facial one handed. This place is amazing for massages.. top notch. But they need to re-think the esthetician.
My sisters and I came in together for my birthday and all had different but amazing experiences with our massage therapists. I had a deep tissue massage with Kaleb and left feeling like a new person. We talked beforehand about problem areas (upper back, neck, arms) I wanted him to focus on and the entire massage was awesome. I was a little skeptical about going to a new massage office. It seems most are into some crazy stuff anymore. But, I had a gift certificate from Christmas so I thought I would use it and not lose it. It was a great decision. The atmosphere is calming and relaxing. Holly was amazing. This was the first time I have ever fell asleep during a massage. I HIGHLY recommend her. Thanks Holly.
