1 star only because I can't give ZERO stars. Avoid this place at all cost. While the boat swim platform looks nice initially, the size is NOT as requested despite detailed drawings and a FULL SIZE template. But wait there's more. Dimitry was informed up front not to ship the product, that it would be picked up. Instead, he began to ship it and notified me via email. I called and he stopped the shipment, but months of requests for a refund of shipping charges got no results. Instead I needed to dispute the credit card charges... read more
