A few years back i lived 5hrs away i had a booking to replace a recalled sunroof... i arrived to a closed shop even tho i had a booking. I had to drive all the way back home another 5hrs and it started raining heavily 1hr before arriving back home. Not once did they apologize or call me back... coz of this place my car was wet inside and cost me 10hrs of fuel..
