Definitely agreed that Joanne is a disgustingly rude and egotistical person. Simple problem of a public toilet door lock not working, I asked her if she could message me her details of the processes involved (I did not have pen and paper, and data access was limited as I was at a construction site), to which she started to become irritated and asked if i had the approval for fitouts (which i did, but not of her concern), and started going on a rant about her knowing more about strata and building than I did, and after that u... read more
Not impressed, after Stephen sent a plumber to fix the problem with the electrical problem with the submersible pump. Total waste of time.
I've dealt with Jess in a few emails and responses have always been super fast, helpful and gave us all info required. Very refreshing after some experiences with other Strata companies that take ages to respond/ refuse to send documents. 10/10 experience.
Had a water leak at our rental in West Leederville and engaged the Custom Strata team for urgent assistance. Caitlin was super efficient and helped straight away. A relief to know when we need help it’s there, immediately
