Custom Strata has since been sold to B Strata which left a 6 month gap in service to our property by the previous owners of the company during this merger. Initially a high turn over of managers for our complex caused owner requests to be forgotten and constant set backs in preventative and reactive maintenance items. I have dealt with Numerous strata companies as Chair for the council of owners and Custom Strata would have to be the worst i have dealt with. They don't minute important items discussed at our AGM and are very unprofessional and avoid paying contractors who we have authorized to pay and say there is insufficient funds when i have the Bank statements and know otherwise. Dealing with Custom Strata was by far my worst experience especially compared to other strata managers in Perth that I have dealt with my other properties …unprofessional…creating problems rather than resolving…not responsive…not respectful…Avoid them if you can.
Would never recommend this strata company - after months of emailing due to issues the only time I've had a response is when I contacted the director directly. 10/10 would stay away.
