The company never completed the job they where hired to do. They were hired to install a outside air kit to a wood stove. The first time they where a no-show at the site. The second time, they used duct tape to tape a pipe to the bottom of the stove (which did not stick and is an incorrect install. The stove requires an adapter, which they were aware of before hand).
