Great customer service and fantastic alterations. Everything is always perfect. I have used Custom Stitch over 10 times. I won't go anywhere else. I love the embroidery.
Brought in 4 t-shirts for an embroidered emblem on the chest and also lettering on back. Embroidery was fine, but lettering looked like a pre-schooler did it. Each shirt was ridiculously uneven, some were smudged and another was falling off. When I brought them back the woman asked me if I had washed them? Really, first off washing didn't make them uneven. Second, they're t- shirts! Am I supposed to dry clean them. So I'm out $80.00, plus they were my shirts she ruined. Do yourself a favor stay away from here
