Amazing experience from start to finish working with the team at Custom Stair Runners. From the consultation with Vivian, to the installation with Adam and Anthony, everything went beyond our expectations. We started with just a stair runner, but ended up doing area rugs for our entire first floor once we saw the quality of the materials. I will be recommending them to all of my friends and family!

Just quick note to thank you for our carpet experience. A bespoke journey from start to finish, so refreshing to know you are in the hands of gifted a design and install team. Vivian was able to hit all the marks on assisting our selection and the showroom is where the magic truly begins. Adam and team did an incredible install and perfect job and the acoustics are so quiet now. Only regret, not doing carpet stairs sooner!
