Cracked my dash, got my car back with a airbag light on . stereo loses stations clock will not stay correct. Back up camera is a big black square block right where i open my trunk.
Buyer beware...Buying a $900 Kenwood Stereo from this place is a rip off....They say after unit goes out after two years, you need to buy a new one. What a joke.
Love this place. I talked to Austin about some tint on my jeep. He was very helpful matching it up with my tinted soft top. Also knows alot about audio. I will be going back.
I went into the the south St Louis location trying to get some information about a 5 channel amp. The salesman was very nice and informative. I inquired about a Kicker amp and was told the really don't handle Kicker I said ok what would you suggest, he suggested a Kenwood XR901-5 it was on sale for $549. I told him I would think about it. I went home and did my homework. WOW was I really surprised to see my options. I found the exact same amp for sale on Best Buy, Amazon, and Cruchfeild for $349. That is a $200. mark up. Bought a Stereo during the labor day sale along with setting up and appt. for them to tint my windows and install the radio. I Paid the down deposit of $70 and had a remaining balance of 686.44. I went in today 9/13/22 to have them install it and I was told the guy never listed what radio i bought so i take them to the case and show them the stereo. The guy puts it in the system and then tells me my new total is almost $1200!!! I told them no way was i paying over what they sold it to me for they said they couldnt do anythin... read more
Wasted $1200 on an alarm that is functionally useless to me (sensors are so insensitive they basically do not function, even at highest sensitivity), and the installers missed the most important part (among many other missing features): THE ENGINE KILL RELAY. You can drive my car away with the alarm going off, there's no kill switch whatsoever. This is not a review on any particular store. My review is based on my online order experience that was absolutely the worst I've had by far. Evidently, there is one person that handles all internet order and that person is never reachable. Ordered a radar detector from the company and received it 5 days after my trip was made, which completely defeated the point. Was unable to to reach the even after the trip. Save yourself the headache. If you cannot go into the store, it is not to be worth doing business with this... read more
