Spent about $3,700 on a new system, I'm talking the works! Unfortunately after 10 months the Pioneer radio started shutting down randomly, so we took it back. At first we were told it was under warranty and could be replaced, then we were told it had to be shipped out for repair. They estimated it would be 4-6 weeks. At Week 8 (yes, 8!) I'll never shop at Custom Sounds again, got quoted a price of $300 Friday for installation of a amp,which I purchased at custom sounds, arrived Sunday morning and the price was tripled. All i got was I'm sorry we messed up.
Probably some of the best customer service ever. The managers were well knowledgeable and weren't too pushy. They definitely recommended me the best options to get the premium sound I was looking for, and it even saved me money. Marc Robles the manager is who I'll be sending my referrals to.
