I have never written a comment for a business before. I wanted to have Bluetooth and my system upgraded in my car. I read reviews about CST. I went in for a tinting replacement for a failed driver window. Steven quoted me a price and I accepted it. Then talked about the radio upgrade. Shalen walked through the entire upgrade. Priced out components and presented a proposal that I accepted and provided a deposit. This place is awesome,they answer all questions & have awesome deals for stereo systems & lay away plan , also do tint on vehicles. I will be going back there to get stereo system & speakers in my truck. I highly recommend this place. The guys are just great .
I cannot express enough with how pleased I am with the service that Shalen and Steven provided. Shalen is the store manager and personally made a couple of trips to another store to obtain parts for my install. He is extremely knowledgeable and guided me through exactly what was needed without overselling me. Steven did the installation and an amazing job at that. Huge shout out to these two! Highly recommend that you see these guys if you need anything related to your car stereo. It sounds awesome!!!
My daughter and I visited because her remote started wasn't working after her dad changed a part on the 2016 KIA that disconnected the power. Nothing was wrong with the system. They rebooted the system, gave us an instruction sheet, and told us what to do if it ever happens again. Very thorough, caring staff who don't haggle you with sales pitches or charges for educating/fixing the problem. Thanks, bunches to the owners for not gouging the little man and for the awesome staffing/ customer service💜
