Was a overall a disappointing experience. The gentleman working had very little knowledge of stereo equipment and everything I asked about he would look up on his phone. Was a wasted trip.
Brought a vehicle in at 10am for a simple two window tint. Called the shop at 4:30pm. They said it was in the bay and would be done by 5pm. Got to the shop at 5:15 and they hadn’t even started. Zero stars for the guy lying about it(and stated he didn’t lie). Two stars for the rush tint with air bubbles. Will take this to another shop for redo. Disappointing.
Custom sounds always has taken care of my car audio needs and provided efficient and A+ customer service, super knowledgeable
Walked in planning on spending plenty of money and nobody was able to help when they finally did walk in from their smoke break, he finally acknowledged me and another customer that we're not helped yet. had smartass replies didn't appreciate it and he pissed off the other customer after me and made him walk out too piss poor customer service
Not one for reviews, but wanted to make sure to mention how great of an experience I had here. Shalen and the team went above and beyond. Great communication on a delay for a part they needed at first. Had car troubles in the morning with the battery dead, so they still got me in, offered to charge my battery while there, and since I was worried about needing it replaced, they put in a new one I bought while I was getting my speakers and new car play installed.
