VERY UNPROFESSIONAL , AND UNETHICAL. If you are planning on getting a remote start installation done, This is NOT the place to visit. After they installed a remote start system on my Infiniti G35 coupe I drove home and attempted to start my vehicle to take off for Walmart. My car wouldnt start. I used the manual ignition and after doing that it worked on the way back. The next day, the system repeated the same thing and I took it back to them. My family has been using this custom sounds for about 4 years and the new manager is making great strives in customer realation looking at repeat customers and not make the most out of sale. Will be taking my wifes jeep there for all audio opition plus my truck and boat. Thanks ALBERT for all ur help.
First all these place don't know how to keep your word and once they make the sell they try to make you stay with what they installed. A word of advice read before signing because they'll tell you one thing and they install something else. Also the manager ever heard tries to force and keep the wrong installation. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. GO AND SPEND YOUR MONEY SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!!
Too much to tell but very un satisfied... Would highly not recommend. Don't feel like giving custom sounds the time to explain why my experience was rated so low. Their corporate offices as well as store locations all reflect on each other. No use going to them or directing your time to their establishment seeing that they will not give customer service to all equally.
