Non Existant Service – Evidently this business is listed as a repair service thru Best Buy; but 1 week before a scheduled repair I received a call from this business letting me know that they would not do the repair. Instead the person from Custom Sound and Video told me to "go online and look it up"! All of this because the person that called me at 7:15am said that my TV was still under warranty?!
