I had a dashcam installed they did a good job I was sitting on the chairs in the waiting room and I dropped my wallet l. I didn’t know it at the time But when I called them they promised to look and call me back within 10 mins they didn’t call so I went in myself and found my wallet laying under the chair where I had been sitting they didn’t even look front desk help is extremely sloppy and lazy and won’t do what they say

I went to get a stereo installed on my truck. Sales associate was very professional, and friendly. However, after the installation, I noticed that a panel on my dash had been cut, and scratched. I expected a clean installation. When I brought the issue to the technician, I was told I should expect some blemishes (paraphrasing) when getting an aftermarket installation.
