This business lives up to its reviews. I ignored the many critical reviews and sure enough their service is dreadful compounded by waiting outside in the cold because their signage stars they’re open at 1:00 pm but no signs of life a half hour later.

Sent my equipment in for repair with them just after new years eve. It took them 3-4 months to even send it out for repairs while they contacted me several times to ask if I would like to pay more money to "move to the front of the line" which I found offensive as I believed they were just trying to get more money out of me for the work they were not even doing. The price for the repair was $450.00 (Which did not include the $150 deposit so an actual total of about $600) and they had no receipts showing the prices from Pione... read more
