If this is where your dentist wants to use to make your dentures, request somewhere else. I'm currently waiting on what I hope will be my last wax try in. After my original wax try in looked great, the dentures came back looking nothing like the try in. Dentist sent the whole denture set back to be fixed, sent with pictures of what my wax try in looked like, and what finish product looked like, and the fact it gave me "monkey mouth" so extreme, it made my face look distorted. We had a dental emergency for a patient recently in my office and this lab came to our rescue when our usual labs were either on vacation or would have the repair back over a week later.
