If this is where your dentist wants to use to make your dentures, request somewhere else. I'm currently waiting on what I hope will be my last wax try in. After my original wax try in looked great, the dentures came back looking nothing like the try in. Dentist sent the whole denture set back to be fixed, sent with pictures of what my wax try in looked like, and what finish product looked like, and the fact it gave me "monkey mouth" so extreme, it made my face look distorted. We had a dental emergency for a patient recently in my office and this lab came to our rescue when our usual labs were either on vacation or would have the repair back over a week later. Minor adjustments were made upon delivery. Thank you Amber and Luke for responding quickly to us! Much appreciated.
I absolutely enjoy working with Custom Smiles! From meeting expedited patient requests or delays due to inclement weather they’re on it! Countless times, that meant coming in on a Saturday or staying late on a Friday evening, to have a case to me by 8am Monday morning! Literally, they’re like family now😊. I have worked with Custom Smiles for over a decade. They have been an amazing partner that produces high quality work and they have gone out of their way to meet special requests and deadlines. For challenging cases, they have even send a lab tech to the office. When we switched to Custom Smiles, our redo cases dropped dramatically and patient satisfaction went up. I would not work with anyone else.
