My aunt had a furnace installed by this company. The heat pump unit was installed in the wrong place, too close to the house, and air circulation is poor. An air filter was badly installed in the furnace and the heater did not run properly. The technicians have not been responsive and willing to fix the problem. They never called for an inspection after installation. They have been very rude. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!
Dustin and Brad did an outstanding job installing my new AC and furnace system! They were professional, efficient, and explained everything along the way. I am looking forward to saving some money on gas/electric bills with my new high efficiency equipment! I highly recommend Custom for any HVAC needs—great service and expertise!
