Had both my units serviced when I moved into my new house and could not fault the entire process. Office was prompt and efficient in their response and the gentlemen who came to my house were respectful, clean and thorough. They cleaned my filters and gave everything a checkover. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting a service or just a general maintenance. Thank you guys.
We contacted Custom Service and Maintenance after searching for installers in the bayside area after our old ducted system broke down and was going to cost more to fix than replace. I wanted a few quotes and Custom responded right away as opposed to other companies, most who never responded or did up to one week later.
