Horrible company to do business with. Their returns come with a restocking fee, and customer service is poor. Amazon has had many complaints about their no return policy.
The product was shipped in a timely manner and very well packaged to avoid damage. The cost and quality are respective of each other, high cost but also very high quality. My only issue is with the installation instructions. They are not detailed enough. especially the rail installation. So the lesson here is to make use of the videos available for ladder assembly.
