Horrible company to do business with. Their returns come with a restocking fee, and customer service is poor. Amazon has had many complaints about their no return policy.
The product was shipped in a timely manner and very well packaged to avoid damage. The cost and quality are respective of each other, high cost but also very high quality. My only issue is with the installation instructions. They are not detailed enough. especially the rail installation. So the lesson here is to make use of the videos available for ladder assembly. We have placed a few orders with Custom Service hardware. The process always went flawlessly. This last order we placed everything went simply through the ordering and receiving process. I did however notice an issue with the billing process. I called the 800 customer service telephone number and my call was quickly answered and transferred to the proper person. They handled the issue quickly and efficiently. I find it comforting to do business with a company that has such amazing customer service.
I had ordered the wrong part and was trying to get a response on shipping it back and cost and why so much to ship back. The cost of shipping back was more than I paid for the part. UPS said to maybe see if it could be sent back to them with their rates. The cost for part was about 124.00 to ship back was going to be 178.00 wow really. So now I’m stuck with the wrong part and can’t get anybody to reply on this matter.

I bought these pulls from the website and per the description one would think that this is a box of 25! Wrong. You get ONE! I previously redid a kitchen and bought pulls from this place for my other house for an awesome price. When I called to ask about the website listing compared to my order, I was told that this is not confusing. This is to let contractors know how many come in a box. I had been ordering from another place for years and came across CSH and I had to google their reviews because comparing their prices to what I had been paying I felt this was a scam website. Nope! These guys are awesome, they have all my future business, which is a lot as I am a custom cabinet shop!
