We couldn't be more pleased with the service received today from your technician **** *********. **** was very professional, very thorough, and went above and beyond to be sure we were up and running as soon as possible. He explained everything that needed to be done and why and how much it would cost which we greatly appreciated. When you get a system, any charges for equipment are rolled into the monthly monitoring. That usually lasts 36 months. After those 36 months, your equipment charge rolls into a "warranty", without your knowledge or active consent. I learned this after paying for this "warranty" for 5+ years after my equipment was paid for. I needed a new panel. The cost? $350.00, for an upgraded unit, when I asked for the same basic panel. We got a whole house alarm system with Custom Secutiy as well as cameras and a smoke detector. Everyone we have dealt with have been noting but nice, knowledgeable and friendly. When you call, somebody will answer the phone promptly and get you the help you need!
