I had a very old alarm system, and wanted it updated so that I could integrate it with my Control4 Home Automation. I contacted Rush Shull about this, and he was extremely responsive and helpful. He and his company went the 'extra mile' to get my system fully updated and reconfigured the Zone assignment exactly how I wanted this to be done. Security is great. But sold home in Charlotte in December 2016 and they are still billing monthly and hitting bank account despite multiple calls. They have issued refunds, but still hitting account.
