Chris was recommended by another HVAC guy that was out of town when my AC decided to shut down on a 100 degree day. Chris showed up within the hour, explained every issue going on and went out of his way to fix my unit. He was very informative and experienced. I would recommend him to everyone. He did amazing work and super quick too. You could tell he really wanted to help like he would his own family or friends. Great guy !

Chris and Bryan were prompt in coming and setting up for installation.Chris answered all of my questions and explained the use and maintenance of both units. I especially appreciated the neatness and their respect of my walls and floors as they were installing. Very satisfied with their professionalism and service.

I cannot say enough about Chris in this company. I came home yesterday from work and had no air conditioning. I called to describe my situation. Custom seasons was at my house this morning at 6:45. The work was done within 15 minutes. I don't even have to take time off of work. The most important thing that you need to know about this company is that they are honest, trustworthy and do quality work. I recommend them to everybody that I know.

Called Chris as a referral from another service provider that was out of town. Not only did he pick up after hours, he came out of his way the very next day to service our unit. Extremely professional and courteous. Highly recommend and will be using in the future if need be.
