Great company! Wondeful customer secure! Best shipping rates weāve found in the peninsula. Love the apparel, jewelry, seasonings, and other cute items and delicious treats in the retail shop. 10/10! Robin went above and beyond!Ā
This is by far the worst customer service that we have ever received! We left from our vacation with Anglers Lodge (Great Alaska) lodge on August 3rd. We have yet not received our 2 large boxes of fish as of 9/8/25. They had no trouble taking our money to process the fish, but for some reason canāt seem to ship it. 6 weeks is entirely to long!!!! They never return our calls when we try to contact them. My suggestion is to never to use Custom Seafood for anything! Evidently customers do not matter to them!Ā
