Terrible experience. Nobody answers the phone. Problem with inspection. Terrible job.
No one answers the phone at this business and when you leave a voicemail - no one calls back. Not even in a professional setting do they answer calls. Not. Good.
I had my screen enclosure installed by Custom Screens back in 2008.At that time, they did a fantastic job and would easily get a 5 star rating. However, Fast forward to today (11 years later), and I need some repair work done. I have called a couple of times over the last few months trying to get a quote. But no answer. I fell like the fact that I am not a contractor and simply the homeowner, that I can't get a call back. If I get a return call, I will be happy to update my rating.
Horrible experience ! Not recommended at all!
