Lance showed up late for our estimate appointment. After reviewing our request, he apparently did not like my concerns about a fix to a job Custom Scapes had done 5 years ago, and very unprofessionally, told us to go somewhere else. This is NOT the place to go to because if you have a problem.....you can see what will happen. There are many, many landscaping places in and around Ocala, shop around. Mr. Lance needs to grow up and take a class on Customer Service!
