I wanted to support local and used this pharmacy for several years. The lack of communication when medication wasn't in stock, prescriptions not being ready after called in by the doctor, and annoyance from the assistants when questioned on when medications would be available was disappointing. I shouldn't have to call multiple times and make multiple trips to the pharmacy to figure out when my medications will be ready for pick up. This pharmacy gives excellent service and the employees seem to be treated well too. They never seem to have the half frantic look many chain pharmacy employees do
DO NOT GO HERE. This pharmacy is a joke. I called twice asking for an update on my refill and they said it was ordered. I called back at the end of the month and they told me they gave my medication to someone else because "they needed it too." THEN WHY NOT ORDER MORE? So I did not get my medication that month because they were negligent and didn't order enough for all their customers. Insane. Not to mention all their shelves are empty. I’ve had ups and downs with this pharmacy. The biggest issue is the lack of communication. There are no updates on prescription status. I never know if something is ready, if they’ve contacted the doctor, if a medication is in stock or if it will be a week wait. It’s usually radio silence, and I often have to call to follow up or re-request a refill. Some of the staff are incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful! They’re the reason for the stars here.
