As a full time RV'er, when the need for emergency service is needed, Custom RV Services has always come through for me, and this last emergency visit was no exception. I highly recommend them. This last visit, the awning motor needed replacing. Three techs were put on the job, they had me in and out in 1 hour 15 minutes. Our experience with Custom RV Services today was very positive. They were friendly, and knowledgeable. They accommodated our complicated schedule and unusual problem.
Our experience with Custom RV was filled with lies and lack of integrity. We were lied to about their experience with airstreams and billed double their estimated cost without warning of costs increasing. Their harsh communication was unnecessary and very stressful. Their work is not professional, the structures built were not high quality. We were overcharged and much of the work initially agreed upon was never completed.
