I did not have my roof replaced by Custom Roofing and Construction, however, one of my neighbors did. As I was pulling out of my alleyway, I got a nail in my tire. I absolutely understand that things happen. James and the crew were highly responsive and showed phenomenal respect and customer service to get my tire fixed.
