We hired this company for our kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Cabinets look great from outside. We were very happy with the work they did but their materials are cheap. We had to call them three times in 5years. Once they used big screws and were sticking out from the front of the cabinets. 2nd time the screws in the draw rollers were too big and wouldn’t slide in and out freely. I would rate the quality and finish of the work a 3/5 and my customer service experience as a 0/5. I would not recommend their services to a friend. They came to my house with inadequate supplies, we were dissatisfied with how the crown moulding was looking and that it did not meet our discussed plan. They said they’d have to order more materials to finish, so when I did not want to sign the final form allowing them to take final payment (wanted to wait until the crown moulding was finished), the office staff called the inst... read more
