We could not be more pleased with our experience with Custom Restoration and our bathroom remediation! As soon as we alerted them to our water issue, the team was out immediately, had the issue contained and helped us navigate the process with our insurance. Our primary shower had a leak and Custom Restoration handled everything from start to finish. They were on top of things from the start, they helped with dealing with insurance, and communicated with us every step of the way. Their employees were very professional and courteous throughout the process. The owners stopped by often to check on progress and answer any questions we had, as well as Sean, who was our go to person. My husband and I are extremely happy with the end result.
I suffered a house fire that virtually destroyed my garage and deck. The fire managed to get into the attic and did a great deal of damage to the roof.
