Windows We were initially approached by a door-knocker. He was really nice, so we set up an appointment and Bob and Dave came out. The sales meeting went very well and they were both extraordinarily nice. They were very professional and courteous. Kevin and his crew were really nice. They did a very good job at cleaning up afterwards, they cleaned the windows, put a drop cloth down so that weren't stepping on the floor. They even brought their own vacuum and didn't leave anything behind.
I'll be a reference if they ask me I looked at some of these reviews and they donât seem to match my experience with the company. I had two companies come out from the yellow pages these guys were the second bid and I decided not to get the 3rd since the window was much more superior than anything I have ever seen (I got a lot of bids a few years ago but didnât pull the trigger). Don't Trust Custom Remodelers!!! Great windows but the salesmen don't deliver what they promise. I was promised the same type of window they demonstrated, but they installed a cheaper version than promised. When I signed the contract I didn't read everything because I trusted the salesman, who it turns out can't be trusted. All I wanted to know was if the windows I was getting were the same as the one he demostrated with and that was not the case. This is CRI or Custom Remodelers. homeowner Love the windows and front door they had to custom make our sidelight turned out great. We noticed a difference in our excel bill the last couple of years since we had the windows and door put in. We would highly recommend Custom Remodelers
Remodeling Company is resorting to name changing! "Remodeling Company"? Nice going CRI, or Custom Remodelers etc...gotta change the name to throw people off. If you are interested in a "one call close" company with salesmen that will say anything to get your business that night, products that are ridiculously overpriced, and service that is non existent, Have @ it! 3-6 hours later you will have either bought something, left your own home, kicked them out or called the police. Great options huh?
Great Experience We met with Phil Schuler and Ernest Duberry about new windows. They were polite and professional and showed us a great demonstration of their windows. They were not pushy at all, and the military deduction was great! Jerry came to install the windows bright and early, he is a very hard worker who knows exactly what he's doing, very proficient. exceeded my expectations My name is Malaina S. and I had my roof done a couple years ago. I was very impressed with the work, so i called them back and had them do my siding a year later. The crew was very professional and always answered any questions and concerns that i had. I'd recommend Custom Remodelers, Inc to anyone.
HORRIBLE!!!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I had them install 8 windows in my house. 9 months later they still are not finished. I have called them several times and they say they are coming out in a few days, but nothing ever happens. My house looks worse than before I had the new windows put in. On top of that they are harassing my neighbors about doing construction jobs for them.
Love the Maintenance Free Siding! A young, college aged man stopped by my house and said he would send someone to give me a quote for my deck and front siding. He was really nice and I usually say no and send them away but I accepted his word for it. The appointment was set for the next day with Jon and Robert.
