I have always done business with custom radio for 20 plus years. Never have had any issues with any products purchased and installed over the years. They even came in on a Sunday when they are closed to install radio and speakers before. Will always continue to do business with them.
4 mos ago: Not only did it take a while to get what I ordered, what Tommy tried to give me wasn't it. It's for an older car so why not. Wiring was missing so he took it from someone else's order. Adapter was missing so he gave me $20 to go down the road to his competitor (that he spoke negatively of, but were fully stocked and very friendly). For a piece he ordered that I didn't need, he said he would reimburse my credit card...4 mos later nothing. Save yourself the headache and go down the road.

Quick to take your cash like immediately, but fails to finish the job. Uses the excuse that the parts are still on the boat a year later. With Amazon it can be at your door in a week. Excuses one after another, but still tries to sake you something else. Complete fail! Never again
