Stacey is the best! Wow! Such great customer service and excellent work done by him and his team. They went above and beyond. They worked with us to make the process easy and smooth. Top quality and quick! We had all the carpet removed in the entire house, 5 bedrooms and stairs. They had it all out in a day and the wood laid and ready to color. We hired a Custom Quality Flooring LLC to repair a staircase that someone else screwed up! Stacey his team were very professional and did high-quality work and got the job done very quickly and within the cost quoted. I will be using them for a larger flooring project and would highly recommend them for any flooring project!

Stacey was so nice and helpful! I knew I wanted my floors to have a fresh look but did not know what was all needed. He walked me through the process and recommended the best option for me. Stacey promptly returned my initial inquiry phone call and arrived early to the walk-thru to generate his estimate, which was a fair price. His crew did excellent work sanding and re-staining worn-out engineered wood flooring and wooden banisters. Job took three days as he estimated, and his crew efficiently moved furniture in/out of the rooms. Very easy to work with and I highly recommend.
