We ended up calling Stacey after a disaster of a flooring job with another company. From the get go he made us feel confident in his ability to fix the floors and get things done the right way. Stacey is the best and he’s a genuine nice and cool guy!! Smooth process from start to finish on my remodel for new floors in the entry and kitchen. Stacey is the best! Wow! Such great customer service and excellent work done by him and his team. They went above and beyond. They worked with us to make the process easy and smooth. Top quality and quick! We had all the carpet removed in the entire house, 5 bedrooms and stairs. They had it all out in a day and the wood laid and ready to color. We hired a Custom Quality Flooring LLC to repair a staircase that someone else screwed up! Stacey his team were very professional and did high-quality work and got the job done very quickly and within the cost quoted. I will be using them for a larger flooring project and would highly recommend them for any flooring project!
