Did an excellent job of cleaning our showroom carpet. They were able to remove stains that have been there over 10 years that several other cleaners had failed to remove. Worked overtime until the job was done right and their prices are very fair.
Cannot recommend this company enough. After getting ripped off by another company, (serv R us, avoid them like the plague) CPR came out and cleaned my carpets to level that I thought they would never be at again. The previous company had left tons of stains and soap in my carpet. But CPR they spray a solution, then they get an agitator brush and work it into the carpet before actually steaming and sucking up the water. Those three steps worked miracles. After researching area carpet cleaners - I selected CPR - Custom Pro Restorations. They called me immediately, followed up in a timely manner and answered all my questions, even worked me into their schedule for the same day. They were professional, courteous, prompt and above all did a terrific job. Made my carpet with lots of pet stains look brand new. I would highly recommend them. Not to mention if you want to support those who served their country then select CPR. Thanks again
The two guys that came to my house were very professional and friendly. They explained every step of their cleaning process. They even showed me the water after they had finished! Yuck! My carpets LOOKED clean before they started, but after seeing that, now I KNOW they are clean. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking to get their carpets cleaned.
