After signing our contract on September 9th 2020 we are still without a finish date. Our pool has actually been delivered on location for well over a year and it is still not finished! Now when I try to get an update Bryan (owner) threatens me will lawyers even though he has over 70k of my money already. He clearly signs everyone he can with lies and then they are at his mercy or he threatens with his lawyer. The owner is very knowledgeable and fair in her pricing. She was kind and I hope that she opens soon. Covid 19 has claimed too many local businesses. Go blue
Took my money for a new pool liner and couldn't get them to come out to my home. They would make an appointment and not show up. I was told I didn't know the pool business. Their idea of the pool business is being rude. I can't believe anyone would give them 5 stars. they must delete the bad reviews.
