I bought a hot springs 7 person hot tub for $9000 about 9 years ago. The control panel has burnt out. I called them for servicing and the first scheduled appointment was a no show, no call. 2nd appointment AGAIN no show, no call. Figured i give them 1 more shot, third time they diagnosed the problem, sent an email saying the control panel needed to replaced. I called and emailed them to ask if they were going to order it and schedule it to be replaced. No response from them.

this place is always 3-5 days late. does have fairly well service, but otherwise this company doesn't ever arrive on the day we planned.

I 100 percent recommend them for any pool or hot tub needs. Chad was excellent throughout the entire process! He was knowledgeable and answered questions we had when deciding on which tub to purchase. He checked in with us and kept us updated on delivery and even made sure we got everything up and running properly afterwards!
