Chad was excellent throughout the entire process! He was knowledgeable and answered questions we had when deciding on which tub to purchase. He checked in with us and kept us updated on delivery and even made sure we got everything up and running properly afterwards!
Had a great experience with Chad at Custom Pools. Initially reached out to inquire about their Jacuzzi hot tubs (nearest dealer near me in MA) and subsequently went in the store to purchase. Everything from initial call to delivery and now maintenance was/is top notch service. They all make sure that questions are answered and make themselves available as needed. Highly recommend.
Highly recommend for all your pool and spa needs. Jen Craft was an excellent contact and made my purchase seamless. Excellent communicator and we k ew exactly what to expect when it came to all the small details. Install was efficient. Would absolutely recommend Custom Pools to others!
