Ever since I had my pool built by Custom Pools, service management and communication has been pretty abysmal. Yesterday's experience closed the door for me. I pre-paid for my pool start-up and close-down in March -- the exact dates of those services were set, with November 6th being the close-down date. As of three days ago I had heard nothing so I emailed the Service Desk and was told that I was on the schedule and that I would be "well taken care of". They had the exact stove i had been trying to order elsewhere in stock. It was also quite a bit cheaper than I had been quoted from other stores.
I bought a hot springs 7 person hot tub for $9000 about 9 years ago. The control panel has burnt out. I called them for servicing and the first scheduled appointment was a no show, no call. 2nd appointment AGAIN no show, no call. Figured i give them 1 more shot, third time they diagnosed the problem, sent an email saying the control panel needed to replaced. I called and emailed them to ask if they were going to order it and schedule it to be replaced. No response from them.
this place is always 3-5 days late. does have fairly well service, but otherwise this company doesn't ever arrive on the day we planned.
I 100 percent recommend them for any pool or hot tub needs. I worked with Chad and from our first interaction to learning about Hot Tub’s and what features are offered Chad took me seriously and answered every question and helped me make the perfect fit and made sure I was able to get it on a order that same week!!
