I have been trying to get a liner they put in repaired for over a year and Brad Gentry never responds and when he does it’s always we will be in that area next week or I ordered a new part and am waiting on it to come in. All I need is a few clips put in where the line is sagging and a crack in steps repaired. Update. It’s still not fixed. The good reviews on here were prior to the son ruining the business.

Custom pools (Brad Gentry) didn’t do all the patching he says he would do on our pool.. he said he would have our liner in in 31/2 weeks.. it took over 2 months of my constantly calling him then he left the job unfinished when he didn’t put the trim back on the steps..I keep calling him and he keeps putting me off.. I guess my 74 year old husband will have to finish his job..what happened when a man’s words meant something..
