I contacted this company last week in regards to setting up an appointment; they NEED new staff to answer the phone! Very unorganized! I practically called this company all day and no one answered; I was only calling to confirm an appointment. I cancelled the appointment because I no longer wanted to give them my money due to the unorganized unprofessional customer service they had. I also emailed and never received. Response. Took my 40,000 else where and glad I did!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. Their office and pool service technicians are unreliable, unresponsive and irresponsible. Often won’t show up for their scheduled weekly service, will not answer calls, text and emails. But they send bills on time! Worst experience ever.
