We used Custom Plumbing for a sump pump replacement and the experience was amazing! We talked with Barry the owner, Rachel in the office, and Miles and Mason did the install. They were all very respectful, trustworthy, and knowledgeable. You can’t find a better team in all of Lancaster county!
Custom Plumbing & Heating has come to our house twice for plumbing issues. The owner, Barry, is very caring and was willing to have his workers come to the house as soon as he could. They did an amazing job with a sump pump installation. They took time to explain how it works and made sure I understood the work that was done. Custom Plumbing & Heating did an amazing job! Mason, George and Jared were terrific! They were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and worked efficiently to upgrade the plumbing in our entire house! They were fantastic!
Mason, Jared and George were polite and expert. They replaced all water lines in my house and made other needed upgrades and repairs. The cuts needed in the drywall were exact and clean. They keep work areas spotless. They rechecked everything several times and made sure I was happy with their work. They do not upsell and I believe the pricing was very fair.
We can't say enough good things about Custom Plumbing & Heating. We had a hot-water heater fail unexpectedly. We called them, they came out promptly to look at the situation, and we had a new heater installed quickly and for a very fair price - thank you!
