THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY TO USE I HAVE WAITED 2 WEEKS FOR MY STUFF TO BE FIXED. WHEN I TOLD THEM I WAS REPORTING THEM TO BETTER BUINESS BUREAU THEY SAID THEY WONT BE COMING BACK ALSO CHARGED ME OVER 100$ FOR A 40$ PART
The worst part of this experience was my home warranty. Chris was professional quick and good with my daughter. 10/10 would recommend
I bought a home 11 months ago & called Chris Ross and hired for an estimate to replace A/C unit (if necessary) and my home was under warranty of the old home owners at the time he came out. He took my $100 cash for the estimate, said it needs replaced, and then left!! I called him back to get him to replace it and he said I won’t replace it and you are all the way in Junction City. Chris was great to work with, and got my water heater AND furnace working and/or replaced within days when they went bad in the middle of winter. Always on time, easy to communicate with, great quality work on installs and repairs. I look forward to working with him in the future.
